Elders/Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors is made up of the lead pastor and a team of trusted ministers. They carry both legal responsibility and spiritual authority for the church. Theirs is an oversight role – oversight of the lead pastor and overall health and direction of the church. Except for the lead pastor, they do not carry day to day responsibilities in the church.

Ministry Leaders (Deacons)
We also embrace the biblical ministry of deacons although we call them “ministry leaders.” These are people who have demonstrated faithfulness and servant leadership in taking care of every day needs in and around the journey. They act as ministry team leaders in different areas of the church such as: small groups, prayer, worship, set up, clean up, ushers, etc…
